08/15/03 LMA files formal Notice of Complaint pursuant to Section 53(1) of the Status of the Artist Act.

08/25/03 CAPPRT notifies Rogers Television London Cable 13's Station Manager Scott Jackson of LMA's complaint.

08/28/03 Rogers' Vice-President, Assistant General Councel requests that CAPPRT provide a ten day extension (To September 19, 2003) for the filing of a response to the LMA's complaint.

08/29/03 CAPPRT informs LMA of Rogers' request for an extension to respond to the complaint.

09/03/03 CAPPRT grants Rogers' request for an extension to respond to the complaint.

09/10/03 LMA distributes flyers to Delegates of the London and District Labour Council.

09/17/03 Rogers' Vice President, assistant General Counsel E. Jennifer Warren contacts LMA via telephone. In a letter the same day, Ms. Warren states Rogers' willingness to continue the discussions with the LMA and requests that the LMA withdraw its Complaint.

09/18/03 LMA communicates to Rogers that it welcomes the opportunity to resume negotiations but must decline their request to withdraw the Complaint.

09/19/03 Rogers responds to the formal Complaint.

09/19/03 Rogers propose that discussions resume on October 21, 2003 and that the following representatives will be in attendance: E. Jennifer Warren; (Vice President and Assistant General Counsel) Colette Watson; (Vice President, Rogers Television) and Dave Elenbaas. (Partner, McMillan Binch LLP, Head of the Employee & Labour Relations Group)

10/01/03 LMA replies to Rogers' response of the Complaint.

10/02/03 CAPPRT informs LMA and Rogers that an oral hearing regarding the Complaint will be scheduled.

10/07/03 CAPPRT informs LMA that Rogers has requested that the Tribunal appoint a mediator.

10/08/03 London and District Labour Council adopts Resolution in support of LMA's campaign.

10/09/03 LMA replies to Rogers' request for mediation.

10/14/03 CAPPRT informs LMA and Rogers that the Tribunal will meet to decide Rogers' request for mediation and that a tentative date for an oral hearing has been scheduled.

10/21/03 Negotiating meeting.

10/29/03 LMA requests that CAPPRT grant an adjournment of the oral hearing of their complaint until further notice.

10/31/03 CAPPRT informs LMA and Rogers of two important Tribunal decisions.

11/11/03 Negotiating meeting.

12/02/03 Negotiating meeting.

01/27/04 Negotiating meeting. (Cancelled due to poor weather.)

02/02/04 Negotiating meeting.

03/04/04 Negotiating meeting. (Via conference call)

07/07/04 Negotiating meeting. A tentative Scale Agreement is reached.
