Dear Sirs:
The Tribunal
has received the AFM's comments regarding Rogers Television
London Cable 13's request to appoint a mediator in the above
mentioned matter. A panel of the Tribunal will meet in the
week of October 27, 2003, to review the request. The parties
will be notified that same week of the Tribunal's decision.
We further
wish to inform you that the Tribunal will hold an oral hearing
in this matter in London, on November 18 and 19, 2003, should
it decline to appoint a mediator or should mediation prove
unsuccessful by that time. Further information as to time
and venue will be provided accordingly.
