This letter will officially authorize the London Musicians'
Association, being Local 279 of the American Federation of
Musicians of the United States and Canada (AFM) to enter into
negotiations for a scale agreement with the above cable outlet
on behalf of the AFM pursuant to the Certification Order granted
to the AFM by CAPPRT on January 16, 1997.
Such negotiations must be conducted in conformity with regulations
of the Status of the Artists Act.
